There was an advertisement/notification via My Airtel app on my phone and when I clicked that to enquire details the plan got activated without any confirmation from me, so I called back Customer care immediately to move back to my original plan, but they did not answer properly and misled me. I have been a customer to them since **** and after multiple emails I still did not get any resolution and now there is a bill generated for **th Jun - ** Jul for an selection I did not make, also I have written many emails and they responded to only * email that again with no proper ownership on their service. I have paid all my bills correctly to them and they don't care about their customer and there is no way we can talk to their representatives I've called their ***/***/********** multiple times but no use
