- Airtel not giving assured offer Closed
I asked her on **th Jan regarding upgradation of plan and subsequently getting netflix as one of the offers. She confirmed about the offer without telling me the exact last date of claiming the offer. I upgraded my plan on her assurance and within one day the offer was expiring, she didnt mention me to claim it.
She only told me half truth and now airtel exec say nothing can be done. And Rs **** worth offer they are denying now.
