I am ABHINAV SAXENA From Bhopal,M.P,
Using Tata Docomo Prepaid Sim For Long But In recent times Due to merge of TATA DOCOMO To Airtel, My number stopped Working
When I call On Same Number It Says Number SWITCH OFF
i contacted *** Customer care , they ask me to exchange Tata DOCOMO sim with Airtel *G sim
so i went to there nearby service point
as per them prepaid sim cant be activated
first i have to take post paid for same number after three month i can migrate to prepaid
i didnt understand what all this i decided to mail all details to Airtel Nodal Email ,
they replied soon says no such postpaid conditions,
they contact same service point for clarification, then they ask me to visit service point again and collect prepaid sim
i visited again and get prepaid sim which will be activated in *hrs, but next morning i switch the sim , not network only emergency call showing , by calling on same number same MOBILE switch off,
so i replied to airtel previous mail of airtel nodal officer, and got a call after mail ,
as per them i have to switch to post paid first then only number will be activated or else number cant be activated ,
they says theres a data mismatch of my fathers name
my father name is A.P SAXENA, which is correctly mentioned in all my ids
but as per them the name mentioned in there record Is E.P Saxena ,,,,
so i have to take postpaid then can migrate to prepaid after a month ,,,,,
now my number isnt activated, My number is linked with Banks, GST, and with may institutions
