I purchase airtel dth in Dec. **** in Rajkot and a person from Airtel came to install the dish and box. The tv started and continued for a year. Again I recharged for a year for **** rs.on ** Nov. **** by feeding my registered no. And recharge was successful. But then on *th Jan. **** I got a message on t.v. that my card has been suspended due to low balance. I registered a complaint and after *-* days I got to onow that the set top box and swipe card which I am using is actually registered on someone else's name and my set top box and swipe card is active. After so much struggle, airtel's customer care person said that the money from my original id will be transferred to the id whose set top box is with me. This was said to me on **th Jan **** and today ots **th Jan ****. When I called airtel customer care, they told.me its a transaction error.
So the mistake is committed by the person who had come to install the box from airtel and I am sufferring due to that.Nothing is resolved and now I am thinking to approach consumer forum.
