I recharged Airtel plan for rs*** where I get unlimited plan calls and messages and *GB data free now when I call to bank with my registered mobile number it is not allowing me to call and when I made call to my Airtel customer care they are saying me I need to recharge *** rupees to maintain the balance and then I can call to my bank customer care which is totally unfair and it's recharge of *** which is unlimited calls sMS and there is no where mentioned that I cannot call to my bank and and the main reason I recharged with unlimited calls is for bank where I can call free of charge with my jio plan and I maintain always to sense it's totally unfair please help
