I had an airtel broadband line ************_tn/landline *********** under Saravana kumar P which i disconnected as i had to change my jobs and change houses.I gave them an application over email on **/**/**** for which i received a mail stating that my account services are expected to be restricted by ** days.
Monthly rental on my account will not be charged from the date deactivation request is raised, i.e from **-**-****. Further, the final bill will be generated on **-**-****. Rental applicable will be calculated on prorate basis.But until now **/**/**** i can still see my account with a bill plan with no mention of disconnection.Also i received a call saying my account has been upgraded to unlimited account.I can't understand why they cannot disconnect my line still.I request your good offices to do the needful
