- Airtel Bill Mistake Closed
Airtel is sending the wrong calculated bills from last more than * years but they were rectifying after approaching the customer services. Things were going like this, but during the lockdown, Airtel has sent mobile bills which were as usual with wrong calculation. Therefore, I have tried to contact the Airtel but no one was there to help me. Even not on the email. Later after almost * months, bills have piled up but I was timely paying the correct amount. The correct amount was very much less than the amount asked in the Bills. Now, Airtel is denying to rectify the bills. I have approached the nodal officer and appellate authority they are also showing helplessness and stating that the billing is correct as per the concerned team has confirmed. Hight is that No one calls me but writing in the email that they have had discussion, no one has spoken to me regarding the bill, however, I have called more than ** times in the said duration and everyone asked to respond in ** hrs. This is insane. I have all evidences regarding new and old bills.
