I had Recharged my Airtel *G Number last week. Now I am facing network problem. I had visited the Nearest airtel customer care centre for the same. They are asking to update the SIM and also said after updating your SIM it will support only *G handset. I have *G handset. If i update the SIM as per recommendation my current recharge amount will go into the bin.
