Due to Covid **, I am jobless and i am in financial crunch. I have booked the tickets from Mumbai to Madurai connecting chennai for the travel date **.Jun.**** through the travel agent GOIBIBO vide PNR: L*E*VF . The flight operator is Spice Jet. Unfortunately, the flight was cancelled due to Covid ** and I am expecting the refunds. Later I came to know that I have been given credit shell for the cancelled tickets. I have communicated the SPICE Jet and requested for the refund .The sent a mail stating that the money has been refunded, you may contact the travel agent ie GOIBIBO. The customer support numbers of GOIBIBO India is switched off and the mail communication ie reply from the agent is not there only automated message sent from travel@goibibo .com . I was strucked in the middle.
As per the honourable Prime Minister Shri.Narendra Modi Ji govt has informed that all the cancelled tickets should be refunded during COVID ** , based on which the airline has sent the refund amount to the agent for onward credit to the passanger bu the same is not honoured by the agent rather he blocked my fund. I don't any credit shell offered by the travel agent go ibibo . I need to survive in the PANDEMIC situtation for which i need money of mine. If i am not able to survive ie if I dead then what is the use of my credit shell.I have to pay my credit card bill of the same booking.
