- Airbag not opened in car accident Open
My name is Sumit kumar writing this complaint against the maruti suzuki company regarding not to open of airbag during heavily met accident . I purchased the maruti swift model no LDI optional on **/**/****. I met with heavy accident on **/**/****. Me and my family with friends travelling on **/**/****. one of member is very serious and all are injured alot . we were wearing seat belts also . Even due to heavy accident also airbag did not deploy and when somebody buy a car and put alot of money to get safety features and still that features does not activate when its needed . we came back from god house and we are so stressed and harassed and afraid that we cannot forget that moment . Still we like feeling unsafe . My car is so much damaged even it cannot be repaired means totally damaged . I am financialy and mentally both suffering due to this heavily accident so please its request to consider my complaint preferably .
