 - Air ticket money not refunded Open

I made payment for the air ticket from IRCTC air app on **th April **** and an amount of **** was deducted from my account. But it showed the booking failed after ** mins. I waited for three more days and booked a ticket for the same flight from another website which cost me ****.
I thought as the booking was failed so I will get my deducted amount from IRCTC air in * days (which is usual). But when I contacted them after * week regarding my refund, they first said there is no such booking from my IRCTC account but in few minutes they send me a booked ticket (after * week) on my email, which was earlier shown booking not confirmed by them.
Still, after getting the previous ticket on my mail, the ticket was not visible in the booked ticket history on app as well as website.
I asked them for cancellation of the ticket and refund my full money as I wasted my money on another ticket for same flight because earlier they said booking failed and after * week suddenly I got the booked ticket which was still not visible on the IRCTC app or website and not even downloadable.
Please help me in getting my full refund as it is a mistake and unprofessionalism from IRCTC side.
I have a screenshot of the IRCTC site and app not displaying the booked ticket in my booked ticket history till today afternoon. Also, I have details of bank transactions as well.
