- Against Amazon Return Policy Closed
I Ordered a Sony DS W*** camera on Amazon.in dated **th Oct which price was after discounted **** Rs/-
They delivered that product on **th.
But when i got this product after installation i found that camera quality is not up to mark.
For the same i called in Amazon on **th Oct & ** Oct. for this issue.
I spoken with Customer support Executive (Abhishek, Sunita & Riya) but all they said.
We understand but we can Return its because of Company Policy.
They Harass me again & again to Return this product.
I told to team please reply why we Online Purchase.
Why not we purchase from Direct Shopkeeper, If we go any Direct Shopkeeper they will show us First product than Guide us about Product Quality.
If we feel comfortable with that particular product than only we will purchase.
But with Amazon first we have to pay the whole product purchasing amount. after that they will deliver us than after we can able to check product quality.
But we have no option to Return now. Because of Amazon Company Policy.
Now, i ask why we purchase from Online channel any product if that product you have to keep forcefully either you like or dislike Quality wise.
It's very big pain for customer's (why Digital India)

Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
