I have took a new bsnl landline cum broadband since day one no service even after many complains and at least *to ** visit of their technical person visit never resolved the issue and went to their office at Vijay nagar colony Hyderabad at least * times no one was least brother to resolve they are just minting salary's from government without worrying to work the head was available only once Babu Rao at the time of connection not even respond to calls and I took *** plan they have given *** plan with out notice went to meet them they are unavailable at office their office is at near by hotel where they will sit for time pass on working hours .
