- Adverse service and support from customer service Open
I am a regular subscriber for D*H for last ** years. After implementing the new TRAI guidelines, the service part from D*H becomes adverse and none of the customer care executives supports in choosing the plan or confirm the request which we raised through online D*H portal. I request your support on the same. I have * connections.
I need to activate * separate tariffs for both primary and mirror for which I raised a complaint to customer care D*H but no one resolves the issue and kept hold customer for minutes together without any resolution. Please do assist on the same

My old mother watches only JINVANI religious channel. But Videocon company removed that channel from there platform. I request for it continually but anybody doesn't respond....
