- Advance payment made but line is disconnected Open
I have made advance payment for my broadband account ********** on the month of Apr '**. So as per this, I am not supposed to make any payment in May'**. However, they still called me for payment reminder and I told if their system is capable enough to capture my payment. Then they have confirmed that I have made the payment and there is no need to pay again. However, they disconnected my line because I didn't make May'** payment. I have wasted more than *hrs to connect them and requesting them to activate my account as I already made my payment. They took **hrs TAT time just for this silly fix. However now **hr crossed and I again connected them and they are saying TAT is **hrs. They are cheating customer as per their own needs.
