I have booked a hotel one room from * March to * March **** through Booking .com on **-**-**** at hotel Tanisha Residency, Triputi, A.P. Booking.com was claimed his site at zero cancellation charges up to ** Feb **** but I cancelled my booking on ** Jan **** before one month prior and confirmed by Booking.com & Tanisha Residency. But now hotel & Booking.com does not fulfil their commitment. They have cheated me. I am sending some e-mails & telephone calls also but there is no proper response from the hotels and Booking.com. We are requesting you to take the necessary action against them.
