I have booked * flight tickets through Paytm and for some reason my tickets got cancelled by the airline side and they have confirmed me that they will refund the full amount but these Paytm refunded me with the lesser amount. I have paid for all * tickets ₹**,*** but these guys refunded only ₹****. I have contacted Paytm so many times raised escalation and I got a email on **th January **** that I will get a additional refund of ₹**** but till now I'm fighting for it but no use if I contact Paytm they will tell my previous refund amount they are not addressing my additional refund amount. Please look into this matter urgently it's almost a more then month now.
