I have booked ola return trip from pune to Mumbai.
Total distance including return trip was *** km but they gave charged for *** km.
When I returned back from Mumbai to Pune. I had asked to drive should I set return location, driver said no. So, I did set the location as driver know the route.
When I end the trip the bill was not generated so driver call to ola support and support executive talk with driver and me for total distance. We both said *** km but bill was generated for *** km.
Later when I check and called support they said your return was nott so additional km charged for that but we will confirm with driver and refund additional amount within **hr.
After * days they told we can not process as system generated bill.
According to him if I have not returned back to origin so additional km applied. Then he should not investigate with driver how and why *** km traveled. If my location was set to Mumbai and I have not entered return location then how and why he dropped me in pune.
Bloody donkey support responded nonsense, we can process.
If the issue is not resolve I will file FIR against his driver because according to him I have not returned then from Mumbai why his driver dropped in pune. Logically he has dropped me at wrong drop point which *** km away from Mumbai.
