Hi, I have posted an advertisement (ad-id-*********-hp-****-wifi-printer)for selling my HP Printer(almost brand new) on Quikr ,later which was confirmed by some buyer and it was collected from my doorstep and shipped on **th July. The Quikr app communicated the details of payment received from buyer. I was supposed to get the amount once it was delivered to the buyer. But now Quikr responded almost after * weeks that item will get return to me and with no payment. Within this duration i have purchased another new printer. Now I am disappointed to hear from them and also in loss too. - Quikr should have been informed me within *-* days of pickup/ return - Now no guarantee of product condition - Also once Quikr received the payment in advance , should have given to seller after pickup of doorstep item - * weeks happened and no updates from Quikr about payment I cannot receive the same item as i am in double loss purchased another one.This is clearly cheating taking product from some customer and keeping it * weeks without payment. Please resolve it soon.
