- ACT internet fraud Open
I have taken Act Internet and from day one I had issues like no internet or no speed (* MBS) or limited connectivity. I have very patiently waited and gave multiple chances to technicians for resolving the issues however they couldn't even after ** times visiting my home they couldn't fix the problem. Finally, they themselves asked me to disconnect the connection and they will refund the amount since they cannot fix it after ** days. As per their request, I have disconnected however they said they will give refund till the disconnection is done. Actually, I paid for ** days and I have asked genuinely to give ** days amount since they also kept effort to fix it. Once the disconnection is done they are not responding at all and said I took router so they will not give a refund. Please note while raising refund request I have clearly mentioned that I will return your router because either way it's not working and it's a new one which they gave to me before disconnection and also they changed * routers for me. At the end of the day, they just cheated me with extra one month amount without any internet and remaining * months without internet. I do have emails from their nodal officer saying we will issue a refund but once disconnection is done they just took my money and gone without any reply. They have clearly closed my connection saying it's because of network issue but they deliberately waited till my disconnection to cheat me.
