Before taking the connection I clearly explained my job profile and how the internet will play a crucial role.
I shifted from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on **.**.** and took the connection by paying **** for * months on **.**.** at *.** pm and the installation process was started at *:** pm.
I used internet services on Sunday i.e **.**.**, where I need to start my work from Monday i.e **.*.**, I was surprised and shocked to know that my internet was not working from * am in the morning and waited and called customer care on *.** am, the representative informed me that there was a problem with the box in our area and that will be resolved by within ** hours, but the problem was resolved on *.**.** at *:** pm. (Which is more than ** hours as committed, were new connection was given within half an hour which is not that important).
Based on past experience, I cancelled and requested a refund on *.**.**.
Ticket Number: SR************** was raised and confirmed within * working day amount will refund.
Till today **.**.** they not refunded and no one is responding properly and disconnecting the call when questioning them.
