- ACT Broadband left service complaint unattended Open
I got a new internet broadband connection from the ACT group on **/**/****. After the bill payment for the initial connection itself, they took a long week. I used to call customer care to hear faulty verbal commitments. They finally provided the connection only after I chose for a disconnection. I have used broadband for only a period of ** days and then had to shift my house. I have completed all the formalities from my side and asked for the relocation of connection on **.**.****. Till today they did not resolve the issue and attempted an act of fallacy and deception by giving false information in an official email (attached below).
