I ordered food from Swiggy under their ** minutes or free scheme. When my food was more than ** min late I asked for compensation. As a result they not only refused it but also suspended my account. I have the screenshots as proof that ** minutes or free offer was running when I ordered my food. Also, I am a super member which means I have paid Rs. ** to Swiggy for the month. However, my one month is yet to complete as there are ** days left. I want that money back plus around Rs. *** for the order. I also wish to reactivate my account.
