While I have posted in OLX and doing both buying and selling, while the transactions are finalized , suddenly OLX suspended my account related to phone number **********, this creates very bad image with people with whom doing transaction. Secondly OLX is charging to call their customer care, and they don't have any person to receive the call, still in the IVR call saying our resources are busy and making wait for at least * minutes repeating message and charging the phone balance which is a bloody scam, they wiped out my phone balance. Finally IVR is saying we have sent message with steps to solve the issue, but nothing is received.
