Since * days I have forwarded my complaint to paytm nobody is responding. My paytm account is suddenly not accessible. I had added money in my paytm wallet and after half an hour I was trying to update my display name. Suddenly, account got logged out.
Now, When I tried logging in with registered contact number using OTP, it shows invalid OTP. I tried logging in using my registered email id, it shows that email id does not exist. Even on IVR when trying to contact customer care agent it is asking an OTP before connecting the call. When entering that OTP it says OTP verification failed. On IVR it says that my account is unblocked. Then what happened to my account?
I tried sending money from different paytm using that registered number, but it shows this number is not linked with any Paytm wallet. Suddenly vanished an active account. My all card information is saved in that account. I doubt it is hacked. But no support from paytm customer care on this serious problem. If any kind of fraud will happen with my account Paytm will be responsible. I am not able to any login to any of my account of Paytm linked with that number. I have active vouchers of which I don't have access now due to this incidence. Pathetic service. On calling customer care they are saying that your account is removed. There is nothing to show for that account in their database. How it can happen?
