I purchased a mobile on **st of January and got it delivered on **nd of January. The cost of mobile is ₹*****.
Along with that I also purchased insurance for that mobile whose cost is ₹****. The insurance company name is Acko. It is written on acko product page that,if customer bought mobile along with insurance in same order,it gets activated automatically,but in my case ,it didn't even though I placed both order simultaneously.
When I contacted Amazon regarding that,They told me that,it will get activated within *days of delivery (Even though it is clearly mentioned on Insurance product page that it will get activated automatically within * hours of dispatch),but I said ok.
Suddenly my account gets closed and also my insurance didn't get activate.
Then I started contacting Amazon through call(Each and every time,they say to wait ** hours and will receive an update,but never received any update).
While contacting through call,I was continuously mailing also to Amazon all departmentn (Since Amazon account was created through mobile no only,and no mail id was registered on account,so I contacted through different mail id)
But in each and every reply of mail,the answer was same, that we can't reply you unless and until we will get reply from registered mail id.
Now you say that,how can anyone reply through registered mail,if there is no mail id registered on account.
I have told him each and every way to verify,but they were repeating same reply,which is not possible (Intention was clear to not help).
I also contacted insurance company,they are saying that,now it will get activated manually and for this you have to provide invoice of mobile alongwith invoice of insurance.
Since my account got closed,I am unable to access that.
I am requesting continuously Amazon,but they say that, I have violated Amazon terms and conditions (I don't know what terms and conditions), that's why I can't reopen it.
Even I requested Amazon that, kindly provide me limited access for at least **hours(which Amazon generally provides),so that I could download my mobile and insurance invoice, so that I can claim warranty in future and activate insurance.
But they are not providing me even invoice.
The thing is that, invoice is the property of customer,and has been provided by Seller,then how Amazon can deny to provide me.
Pleae help me in this regard.
