- Account blocked by IRCTC on wring reason Closed
My account has been blocked by IRCTC. Upon asking them over email, they say I have multiple passengers added in master passenger list and that I have misused my account.
The above allegation is false. Prior to COVID-** lockdown the account was working fine. Now the account is blocked and the IRCTC is denying to unblock it.
