I had booked a room in maple green( oyo ****), Banglore for **/**/** & **/**/**. The room was booked through make my trip and I paid full amount to make my trip app. Confirmation attached

But when I reached the hotel on **/** the manager refused the entry and told that the rooms are available but he will not provide the room thru oyo as they are transferring the money. I contacted oyo rooms and the person on phone confirms and asked for refund or stay in alternate room. But the person refund not only the phone number but his id even.
Since I was with my wife so I decided to take a room in the same hotel by making a fresh and enhanced payment of rs ****/ for the same room for two days
I tried to call oyo rooms but always got a new person. After that I got a message from oyo that I checked in a hotel where I never visited I called oyo again and requested to clarify. Recording attached.
In the meantime I contacted mmt they assured a refund of excess payment which I had to pay because of makemytrip. Conversion a attached.
