Accepted payment without generating booking ID Open

This is regarding the booking I did on 29th Jan, 2018 around 1:30 - 2 PM from Bangalore to Pondicherry to and from on 30th Jan. I paid the 25% of total amount on that day itself and somehow i did get booking confirmation with no Booking ID. In my Savaari account there was no upcoming ride either. Now the only proof I have with me is the Mobikwik statement that the payment indeed happened.
