- Abuse by Act Customer Support Team Open
On calling ACT customer support Team on- ********** at *.** pm today, I was verbally Abused!
The customer support Executive whose name is Aakash and spoke from Hyderabad location has clearly abused me verbally in Telugu while speaking on call.
He has clearly said me- " Ni Amma Pukoo" which means "Your Mother's Va*ina"
This is not a Toll free number and calls are highly charged. However instead of providing solution to the issue they abuse the customer! This is absolutely not accepted and I need strict action against this person.
The recording is attached where his abuse can be heard clearly in whispering voice!

I used ACT for over two years earlier and it was all fine though the network had issues. then i had to relocate and i called up and asked for the disconnection.. now after three months, i again sent a request for a re-connection of the account....
