It's only * months since I bought the product but have had issues * times already with the power tripping. First time service technician checked the appliance and agreed that it's tripping the electricity and suggested to have an MCB installed, first thing I live in a rented apartment building no electrical changes will be allowed and logically I need to use vaccum cleaner in the whole house so the solution won't work. Then I raised a complaint again this time they asked me to send the product at my own expense to their service centre as their technician already checked it once even though under warranty. I sent it as it was my need to have it working properly. They checked and replaced motor as they did find a fault with it and returned. It worked fine for barely a month but again the power tripping started within * minutes of operating. This time I raised a complaint but have requested to return/ refund as I understood the company knows there is an issue but is playing around with repairs and make it work temporarily so that the months and years pass and then they can get out of warranty. So this time the technician called and asked me to try running it in the kitchen plug used for microwave oven, I tried it worked without issues. So now they suggested that a multiplug worth **** is bought and used for the Vaccum Cleaner. I told them I used it with a multiplug but it tripped too. Then they said no fault with the vaccum cleaner as it is working in kitchen plug. But my problem is no one buys vaccum cleaner to be used with kitchen plug right it's not a kitchen appliance, it is home appliance. Then they say sorry take the multiplug option no other choice as the motor is ****w so I should have know it needed an MCB?!!!! No one will buy vaccum cleaner thinking that. Moreover, no where it is written in the product manual also that a plug point of **amp and above is required. I raised complaint with National Consumer Helpline bur they disposed case. I want a refund kindly help me resolve this as this is misleading the customer to buy something not suitable for Indian homes the product is made in Poland.
