Aakash BYJU's is not cancelling my enrollment/loan despite my multiple emails and calls.
They reply my emails saying that they will call back within ** hours but * months passed, and none of them called yet.
Every time they call and say to wait for ** hours. After the long wait of ** hours, they call again and say to wait for ** hours and this goes on. This is what happens for the last * months.
The education counsellor who visited my house during my enrollment said that we can cancel the subscription within ** days, but when I informed him to cancel it within ** days, there is no response from him after that.
Also, he is not picking up my calls and not replying to my messages.
The BYJU'S finance team disturb me daily with the payment.
Please help me with Aakash Byju's enrollment cancellation and thereby closing the loan.
