- A c debited but amount not transferred to merchant not reverse to my A c Open
This is to inform you that I have purchased saree from Radhika Textile rayagada for giving payment I used my debit card through swipe machine Rs.****.Swipe machine A/c no. ***********.Tried two times link got failed. Then payment has done through phonepe by using other account on **/**/**.
After reaching home sms came * times amount was debited Rs.**** x *.After sometime sms came one transaction of Rs.**** reversed. Another amount not came,Then I called merchant they told didn’t receive.
I have waited for ** days, after that raised the first complaint on **/**/** with ref no of **********.
On **/**/** SMS came to my mobile as your complaint has been attended to and closed after resolution. Hence the CMS complaint is closed. SBI said your amount was debited successfully. Then I asked the amount transfer to merchant or where. They told don't know.
My question is without proper reason how sbi was closed my complaint?
Also I called merchant, they said still not receive any amount from you.
Then I raised second complaint on **/**/** with ref no of **********.
** days are over still the amount was not credited to merchant or not reverse in to my account.
So, please take the immediate action to refund my money with compensation of ** days delay.
