I ordered a deep blue shirt from jabong but received a wrong shade of the same product which i have shared below. I created return request as per instructions on their website. However the courier guy was adamant on putting the return on hold since he felt the product ordered and the one i was returning did not match in shade deSpite every other detail being the same. I brought this incident to the notice of jabong on **th August **** and i was assured return as well as full refund since it was their fault.
But i received an e-mail from them stating that the issue is resolved from their end since there was a mismatch in the products. After endless conversations with them on **th and **th aug **** they told me thatit is none of their problem if i received a wrong shade of the product ordered since they had sent the correct product. I would point out following:
*. If they sent me the correct product then where did it vanish midway and if at all it did what was my fault in that
*. I shared with them the product details of the one that i was trying to return. And they confirmed that details were exactly the same.
*. What is the guarantee that my future items from jabong will not suffer from the same
*. They have no regards for customer satisfaction and consider him toothless in such cases. They misappropriate the facts and other details at their end just to prove they are right.
*. I had to go through so much mental agony for their fault which cost me my valuable time and energy.
*. There is a huge communication gap with their teams and Dept.
*. They do not respond to customers within stipulated time.
This incident bugs me so much because these big companies are insensitive and inconsiderate towards their customers & think they have a final word in everything. Devoid of work ethics they can't accept their mistakes and fool people in name of customer satisfaction through their service.
