- Wrong product delivered, return request rejected Open
A different shoe was delivered. The model and size was entirely different from what was actually ordered. Despite multiple return requests, the request was rejected citing that the reason given for return is wrong. Even after giving photographic evidence, the customer care paid no heed to the request.
