- Waited more than 2 weeks instead of promised 3-5 days for MacBook Pro repair Open

I sent in my MacBook Pro for repair on Jun ** at the Genius bar because the battery is so swollen that I am afraid that it will explode sometime. I checked, it has used less than *** cycles out of *,*** promised cycles. Besides, the system report shows that the battery is "healthy", but it is bloated so much that the trackpad is becoming unusable and when you type it will auto select some of the texts and it is really frustrating. A classmate of mine who also has a macbook pro and we pretty got our computer at the same time, and he checked his battery cycle, which was at *** or something, we basically use the computer for same thing, like coding and surfing the Internet, and I don't even play games or do video editing kind of resource consuming stuff on my computer, but his computer is totally fine and mine is not. Also, I heard that Apple launched a battery recall program on April ** this year for the same swollen reason as mine, except that it only applies to **-inch version and mine is **-inch. So I believe it is a manufacture defect rather than normal wear and Apple should pay for it.
Moreover, they asked me wait *-* days to pick up my computer. But at the *th day, they called saying there was some screws missing and they had already placed an order and it would arrive in *-* days. Another * day passed, I called them to check on the updates, they told me they had placed the order, and asked me to wait another *-* days. Another * days later, I called again, they asked me to wait a couple of days and they don't know when the screws will be arriving....
This is a terrible experience. I think Apple should be aware of it. Besides this, Macbook Pro is still my favorite laptop.
