Misleading: Mantri sold me the flat with an offer that If I do the full payment upfront they will pay the interest on my pre EMI till possession which was Jan 2015, the flat is now delayed more than 30 months and Mantri stopped paying interest since Jan 2015 Stating the scheme was till a fixed date and not till possession. If I had payed slab wise I would have saved on interest.
Delay: After more than 30 months of delay, Mantri is asking me to take possession without BESCOM and Water connection and are asking me to pay them a monthly charge for the same. Also, Additional charges like gas pipeline 15000 are levied on me.
No amenities present: In the agreement there were a dozen amenities promised and Mantri has provided none instead they are making a 3 BHK make-shift clubhouse. I gave premium price for the amenities and this is fraud. I have suffered so much financial loss due to Mantri and they are neither compensating nor considering my pleas, Instead levying extra charges on not taking possession (5000 pm).
In these 30 months I have paid EMI unnecessary interest, and rent causing me lot of mental strain and financial losses.
I seek compensation of the interest I have paid and rent I have paid + compensation for all the mental trauma and stress. Also, I do not want to accept the flat in its current condition and want a full refund.
Flat Price: ~ 73 Lakhs
Rent Paid: ~5.6 Lakhs
Interest Paid:~ 11 Lakhs
Compensation+ Punitive damage: ~ 20 Lakhs
I seek 1.1Cr payout with I relinquishing the property back to Mantri.
