I added my number to Family Plan and Airtel confirmed it over several emails that the number is included and that a common bill shall be sent as per the Plan. However, for last 4 months, even after several confirmations on phone (including the Appellate Authority, Mumbai), Airtel keeps on sending Bill for the number which they confirmed on email that nothing is outstanding. Services on that number are terminated due to the so called due amount as per bill sent. For the same number, Airtel several times confirmed that there is no outstanding. The issue is going on since March 2018. No resolution till now. They only tell me that there is no outstanding and keep on blocking all services. They refused to send Nil outstanding bill and confirm only on emails and phone calls. Fed up with such substandard service and false information sent from official mail IDs of Airtel.
