"bad experience with amazon.in wrost service."
I ordered Honor *C (*,**) mobile phone from Amazon.In
Which was delivered on ** December but the mobile phone was missing in the delivery box,
When I shared this problem with the Amazon customer team by chat *st time replacement is arranged on **/**/****
But after *days replacement is cancelled
Than I contact to team again in *nd time after which for the Investigation procedure, I was asked to wait upto
** December ****
But today **/**/****.
I contact to amazon team again after timeline.
According to the Investigation Report update, product item being intact condition at the time of delivery.
Unfournately I did not check the package nor courier boy checked, Amazon investigation is complete without any contact.
When i say what's the proof about this investigation report is true and correct? Special Team excutive has forcely disconnect the chat,
When asked for its information no one help me,
Amazon care won't able to provide any help of this case, there are ignored,
I asked How's investigation process is completely done, they did not get positive response.
Investigation process is right or wrong ? I do not know ?
But I don't satisfied of this investigation So please in this case I need your help, you can check it at own level.
Because I want to clearify who is correct or wrong?
I request you approach to amazon higher authority and provided any solution .
