I purchased Fitbit ionic Smartwatch from CROMA, Yelahanka branch. Display got damaged by me while using it. Approached Fitbit customer care for repair where I was ready to pay for repair charges. They refused to state they do not have a repair mechanism. Approached CROMA and same reply from them also. Watch costs Rs ***** and both companies are asking me to buy a new watch even though my current watch is just * month old. Can not believe that retail stores like CROMA could sell a product which does not offer a repair facility.
