Firstly Hungrill * Restaurant under zomato service gave me quarter uncooked chicken in the price of full chicken amount. I immediately called multiple times to restaurant in front of delivery boy, but they didn't pick single time. I keep calling them for ** min but no response at all.
secondly, Zomato didn't contact restaurant or send its delivery boy to the restaurant to realize their silly mistake..Helpline gave me half credit in my zomato account of *** and zomato helpline was facing so much satisfactory by doing this favor, they didn't call me further nor refund me full money nor tried to contact restaurant. I felt so helpless and felt insulted for keeping my guests and family hungry for * hrs. Zomato said it can't refund money nor call me personally.
Zomato and its most restaurants are fooling customers on food quality and quantity and zomato don't care about customers. They only have useless message support care in the name of customer service.
