- Postpaid to prepaid transfer rejected Closed
This is to bring your notice that I have been using Vodafone postpaid number, Punjab circle since last *-* years. Now due to some reason I need to convert my connection from postpaid to prepaid. I have visited Vodafone store at phase *B* Mohali, Punjab regarding this *-* times and the customer representatives are not accepting the request for the same and delaying the process without any reason. This has led me to pay * month's bill extra. This is total harassment. Kindly look into the matter.
