I have ordered a Hush puppies Shoe from the site. As soon as i completed my payment,it was shown that due to some technical issue,the order was not placed and at the same time i got the sms as the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted customer executives for * times and they are not able to give me a resolution,they are saying me to wait for ** hrs. I had even forwarded the amount deduction sms which i had received from bank, and they replied me to wait for ** hrs. Now after almost ** hours they didnt contacted me with a resolution and even the customer executive cant give me a perfect answer to my queries
