Swiggy - Order accepted and cancelled after more than one hour Open

I have ordered food from swiggy at around 9.30PM, and the merchant accepted the order but after one and half hour swiggy customer care people called me tried to convince me to cancel order as food not available after one and half hour waiting period but i denied to cancel the order but after all of sudden they at their end canceled the order with out my confirmation.
At that point i paid full money to swiggy, where i cannot order food other restaurants as i don't have money with me. and They informed me about unavailingly after almost 2 hours, because of this our family not ate food on that day as we didn't have a chance to order food from other restaurant as it is 11.00 PM where all restaurants will be closed.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
