Siti Digital Cable

As per Trai rule, anybody can select their own channel as per choice. But local cable operator asks extra NFC charges. So I recharge online through siti cable online website. I select my channel and paid for those on **/**/****. But till now some paid channel and some free channel is not activated. I was trying to call their customer care and nodal office from the very first day but they have not received the phone. I mail them for the same at least six times but they did nothing even they not reply the last few emails. As a piece of evidence, I have all mail conversion & phone call list( how many time I called but no answer) of my phone, which I attached below.
