- Monthly payment reflects wrongly Closed

I made a payment for ACT Wifi bill of Rs. **** on **th April,**** for the month of May. The amount got credited to ACT account successfully. The next day, I receive an email saying the payment is due for the month of May. I called the customer care multiple times. Spoke to the agent "Sushma" specifically a lot of times. But, every time they got back to me saying the amount hasn't been paid or has been reversed.
After this, I emailed them my bank account statement proving that I had made the payment and no reversal happened. They didn't call me back for other * days even after receiving the email and closed the ticket. After dropping multiple emails, they mailed me back saying that they have raised a request for disconnection but the mail didn't say anything about the payment issue.
The ticket is still open since ** days. The first ticket was raised on *st may, **** and I don't have any response from them yet.
