- Missed the flight (Air India) due to irrelevant text message sent by the company Open

I have been a victim of Air India's negligence which has resulted in me missing a flight and it had cost me Rs. **,*** because I had to book the flight (e- ticket nos. *************, *************, ************* and *************) afresh for next day. Apart from that I had spent on booking cab to travel back and return to airport next day to board the flight. Additionally I had to spend three Earned Leave because of the entire matter which is worth more than Rs.*,*** to me.
I was supposed to travel to Guwahati from Kolkata on **th November, **** by Air India and my flight was supposed to have departed at **** hrs but on **th November I received text message from Air India informing me that there has been a change in my flight and it shall operate as AI *** at **** hrs. At the same time I also received computerised phone call from Air India informing me the same.
Following the information sent by Air India I reached the airport at **** hrs to board the same and found that my flight had already departed as per schedule and the message sent to me was wrongly sent to me and was not applicable to me.
At the very first place the message was sent wrongly to me led to confusion and made me miss my flight. Secondly the staffs at the airport misbehaved with me saying the fault was mine. It is their duty to send only relevant information to the passenger pertaining to the flight booked for and not just any information which is not related to his/her flight.
I had booked * tickets at the same time for my family members consisting of * members and it is not possible to remember all the flight numbers.
This has been a costly affair for me and I am attaching here the scanned copies of the tickets for your reference along with the screenshot of the text message sent by Air India.
I request you to make an investigation of the same and make necessary arrangements for full refund of the loss suffered by me at the earliest failing which I shall have to take some stern measures.
