I bought my Redmi Note * phone in March and realized that the hardware of this device was malfunctioning. Upon reporting this issue to the Customer care, they advised me to visit the Service Center for fixing which I think is unacceptable. Who agrees to get a new product repaired immediately after it's bought? However, as a courtesy, I still went to them and they somehow fixed the first (USB related) issue. I was already feeling a very much dissatisfied this this behavior of the team and my experience with this product. After the first issue was fixed, another issue occurred with the phone's Camera and so I reported this again to them. The Customer Service again, carelessly forced me to to go the Service Center which I still completely disagree and find it unacceptable. Anyhow, they reinstalled the software and told me that the issue was fixed. But the fact was that it did not. So I reported this to them again for which they carelessly answered the same, asking me to visit the Service Center.
Just because the phone has a one year warranty, does it mean a new malfunctioning device needs to be repaired this way? Having the customer to visit the Service Center again and again, consuming their time, money and this harassment? My phone is still currently with the Service Center and it has been ** days and nobody seems to bother about this issue that I have been reporting since March, ****. Can you please help me with this case?
