I ordered two Rye bread on the **nd November. After I placed order on **nd November, I got a call from ph no. +************ at **.** am indicating that the order has been placed for two Rye bread.
I got another call from the same number at **.** am telling me that only one bread is available. I said alright please send only one bread.
I got another call at **.** am telling me that since the restaurant is not open and the order cannot be placed now hence your order is cancelled. She asked me to place order after **.**.
As can see neither I was not unresponsive nor I had cancelled the order. It was cancelled by Zomato rep. I am now asked to pay Rs *** for cancellation of the order. I approached them but in vain.Their approach is totally illegal.
