RedBus India - E-ticket not issued but amount debited on booking bus ticket Closed

I booked a bus ticket through redBus to travel from Chennai to Tirunelveli in "Mango bus" travels on Jan 13, 2017 by 01:39PM. I got a below confirmation from redBus through SMS.
Your Chennai to Tirunelveli ticket (TK2F53853922) is confirmed for Jan 13. PNR: 4TQ8KNU. Boarding point details are on your e-ticket.Please note: You need to carry a print out of the ticket that has been mailed to you. -

But I did not receive any e-ticket. So I called, redBus support and asked for e-ticket on 13 Jan, 2017 at 03:53PM. They said, "the transaction details are not present in the system. So the money will be refunded". I tried to cancel the ticket too. But error thrown like "no such ticket present". I called redbus support again by 15Jan, 2017 and I got a complaint ID for the same. But now, redbus is saying the confirmation was sent and so the amount cannot be refunded.
